“He Wanted to Marry Me After My Husband’s Death but Fled When He Saw 11 Children” — Mama Rainbow

Veteran Nollywood actress, Idowu Philips, popularly known as Mama Rainbow, has recounted how a man who showed interest in marrying her after her husband’s death took to his heels upon discovering she was caring for eleven children.

In a recent interview shared on the official YouTube channel of Wasilacoded TV, the actress narrated that the suitor visited her home and met eleven children eating with her.

According to Mama Rainbow, the man immediately lost interest and never returned.

“A man wanted to marry me when my husband died, but he ran away when he saw 11 kids with me,” she recalled. “He came to my house and saw the children eating with me. When I told him they were my children, he left and never came back. Since then, I decided never to get married again, and I have remained single.”
