How Tiwa Savage plans to Retire From Music
Highly celebrated Nigerian Musician, Tiwatope Omolara Savage, known professionally as Tiwa Savage, has hinted at how she plans to quit the music scene.
According to the 44-year-old singer her upcoming album might be her last, adding that she has done her best now.
She confessed that she now feels tired.
On her Instastory, Savage wrote: “This might be my last studio album.
The singer, often referred to as the “Queen of Afrobeat,” has enjoyed an illustrious career, spanning over a decade. Known for hits like “All Over,” “Somebody’s Son,” and “Eminado,” she has consistently broken barriers, becoming one of the most celebrated female artists in Africa.
Although Tiwa Savage did not provide further details about her decision, her post suggests she may be ready to explore new paths outside of music.
Fans are now eagerly awaiting updates on what could be her final album, with many hoping it will be a fitting farewell to her remarkable musical journey.
Savage is a singer, songwriter and actress. She sings in English, Nigerian Pidgin and Yoruba; her music is a blend of afrobeats, R&B, afropop, pop and hip-hop.
