Nigerian Firm Launches Tradia, Digital Business Directory for SMEs, Service Providers
Tradia.business has officially launched in Nigeria as a new digital business directory aimed at helping businesses improve visibility, customer reach, and online credibility in an increasingly technology-driven economy.
The platform was unveiled by Zamkah Technologies Limited, with its Chief Executive Officer, Zubairu Dalhatu Malami, describing Tradia as a smart business discovery hub designed to connect businesses with customers more efficiently.
According to Malami, the platform will allow companies, small and medium-scale enterprises, startups, professionals, hotels, schools, hospitals, restaurants, stores, and other service providers to create digital listings, showcase products and services, and strengthen their online presence.
He said Nigeria would serve as the primary launch market for the platform, while the long-term goal is to expand Tradia into an Africa-wide business discovery platform with global reach.
“Many businesses in Nigeria offer quality products and services, but they remain difficult to find because they lack strong digital visibility. Tradia is created to bridge that gap,” Malami stated.
He explained that unlike conventional business directories, Tradia offers a more structured system that allows users to discover businesses through categories, access business information, interact with service providers, and review listings on a single platform.
The company said business owners using the platform would be able to upload photos, provide contact information, describe their services, receive customer reviews, and access tools aimed at improving digital visibility.
Malami added that Tradia would also introduce premium services such as verified business profiles, featured listings, sponsored placements, digital campaigns, hotel and service booking features, and other promotional tools designed to support enterprise growth.
The launch comes amid increasing adoption of digital tools by Nigerian businesses seeking to attract customers, improve credibility, and compete effectively in the digital economy.
According to Zamkah Technologies, the first phase of the platform will focus on onboarding businesses, building category-based listings, and strengthening verified business profiles across sectors.
The company encouraged Nigerian businesses to register on the platform and take advantage of its digital visibility opportunities.
“Tradia’s message is simple: Discover businesses. Connect locally. Grow digitally,” the company stated.
