Olarewaju Femi Success Picks APGA Nomination Form for Gui Ward Councillorship Race

Ahead of the 2026 Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Council elections, Hon. Olarewaju Femi Success has officially declared his intention to contest for councillor of Gui Ward under the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA).

Success, accompanied by his team, picked up his Expression of Interest and Nomination Forms on Monday at the APGA National Secretariat in Abuja. The move is a significant step in his bid to represent and transform the Gui Ward.

Speaking at the event, Comrade Samuel Essien, Personal Assistant to the aspirant, described the moment as “a bold and historic step toward reclaiming leadership for the good people of Gui Ward.”

“This is more than just paperwork,” Essien said. “It is a declaration of purpose, service, and commitment to the people. The Divine Movement is alive, and we are determined to build one of the best wards in the country.”

Hon. Success expressed confidence in the journey ahead, describing it as the beginning of a transformative mission for grassroots development.

The APGA primary election is expected to hold in the coming weeks as the party prepares to field candidates for the council polls across the FCT.
