Regina Daniels Takes Decisive Action, Voluntarily Undergoes Drug Test Amid Ongoing Controversy

Nollywood actress Regina Daniels has taken a decisive step to address allegations of substance abuse leveled against her.
In a video shared on her Instagram page, the actress was seen at a hospital, revealing that she was about to undergo a drug test. Speaking in the clip, Regina said, “Hi guys, so I’m here at the hospital. I’m about to run my drug test.”
Her action comes nearly three months after her husband, Senator Ned Nwoko, accused her of substance abuse during a widely publicized marital dispute. The controversy began in October 2025 when Regina accused Nwoko of domestic violence and emotional abuse—claims he denied, attributing the crisis to her alleged substance use.
The situation further escalated following accusations from co-wife Laila Charani and the circulation of a leaked medical report that allegedly showed Regina tested positive for multiple substances. However, Serenity Royale Hospital later denied issuing or leaking such a report.
Regina Daniels’ decision to voluntarily undergo a drug test is widely viewed as an effort to confront the allegations directly and clear her name. Reactions from Senator Ned Nwoko and Laila Charani are still being awaited.
