Tonto Dikeh Appreciates Ex-Husband Olakunle Churchill For Making Her A Mother In Mother’s Day Message

Tonto Dikeh has publicly appreciated her ex-husband, Olakunle Churchill, in a heartfelt Mother’s Day message, thanking him for making her a mother.

The Nollywood actress shared the message on her Instagram story alongside a short clip of herself spending time with their son. Reflecting on motherhood, she described it as one of the most beautiful parts of her life.
In the message, Tonto also offered prayers for Churchill and extended Mother’s Day wishes to his mother.
“Olakunle Churchill. Thank you, my Gee, for making me a mother. One of the most beautiful parts of my story, and happy Mother’s Day to your amazing mother. God bless you, Big Church,” she wrote.
The gesture comes months after signs of reconciliation between the former couple began to surface. Earlier in the year, Tonto revealed that after years of public disagreements, bitterness and broken communication, they had finally found peace.
Last month, both parents also reunited to celebrate their son’s 10th birthday. The event was attended by family members and a number of well-known personalities.
During the celebration, Tonto praised Churchill for being a good father to their son. She also spoke about having a “godly love” for him while praying for success in his family life, businesses and other children.
Tonto and Churchill were previously known for their highly publicised split, which played out in the media for several years before their recent reconciliation.
