Create value Not Entitlement Spirit

There are value creation mindset and entitlement mindset. The former comes with the mindset of what do I offer? What can I bring to the table?What can I improve around to create happiness?. While the latter comes with hands, stretching always mentality, looking for who to receive from.

The problem isn’t the mindset to receive and be helped, but the mindset of, it is my right and should always be done mentality regardless. Happy only when the flow is unceasing, but frowns and gets angry when it stops flowing. They have no good memories of past favours received . Once the flow of receiving isn’t uninterrupted one would always be in their good books. They lack good memories of past favours received. Call them ingrate, one may not be wrong.

True friendship, amazing relationship and beautiful union are best built around value creation mentality not around entitlement spirit mentality.

Nobody however poor that can’t create value and Nobody however rich and wealthy that doesn’t have the need to receive. The truth is, no relationship survives on the scale of entitlement mentality. Create value however small and insignificant and have your friendship, union and relationship blossom and glow for a long time.

If one can’t give an ocean, give a Sea. If you can’t give a Sea give a River. If you can’t give a River give a Stream. If giving a Stream is difficult, try to give a pond..Just give, however small. Create value than maroon oneself in the murky water of entitlement spirit mentality. It kills relationship. Don’t be a consumer always, create value however small and allow people to feast from it. Give and you shall be given isn’t about money only. Smile, warmth, compassion, time, attention, etc are values, give them too. You wouldn’t know who are in dire strait situation, such would possibly be an oxygen to their fading spirit.
