The Senator representing Enugu North Senatorial District in the 10th Senate, Okey Ezea, has passed away.

The news of his death emerged on Wednesday, confirmed by a source familiar with the development.

Ezea, who was elected to the Senate on the Labour Party platform during the 2023 general elections, died at a private hospital in Lagos where he had been undergoing treatment for an undisclosed ailment.
