Too Slimmy To Be Trapped

Those in Abuja who run streets and are very much wise with nocturnal activities, especially during the wee hours would be at home with the sedative and prophylactic effects of places like Magic City, Whiskey Mistress, Fuego, Tokyo and many more in that depth and class.

These places are custom built for purpose, anybody that dares such places does so with intentionality and would bear without regret whatever confronts them.

Imagine someone who knew next to nothing about the operation of such a place, gate crashed just to quench either their thirst or their hunger, what would such a person do realising the make up of such a place? Move out immediately or stay without achieving the very purpose of being there? Staying there would be folly and waste of time. Would probably die of hunger and thirst, since neither water nor food would be served.

Many have critized Peter Obi for always being on the move, not having the patience and the leadership qualities to stay and sort out whatever internal challenges that rock the parties he aligning with .From APGA to PDP from PDP to Labour, from Labour to ADC and from ADC to NDC. It may sound very bizarre, however, only a man on a wide goose chase, sees every road as a road to ply on.

Destiny is very sensitive, to achieve it one must be very circumspect and be ready to move smartly, calculating to jump into the next viable and motion driven ship when the former ship becomes a stumbling block to destiny assignment.

The burden of his destiny fulfilment is exponentially very seductive, resisting it would mean a leap into sharks infested ocean. Obi seemingly jumping from one party to another is more of yielding to the irrepressible hands of destiny, crying for manifestation than an expression of political green horn, impatience and arrogance of an impeccable character personified.

Each of the parties he joined and moved out eventually , possibly was giving his vision some blurry sight, making vision, destiny and purpose in life very herculean to come to fruition.

The stark reality, however shrieking it sounds is, destiny is not confined to one platform
and when purpose calls, movement is not betrayal—it is alignment to a more friendly platform that would birth the vision and destiny faster.

Obi is like a woman under a very intensed labour, staying in a very suppressing environment would jeopardise the life of the baby. What every good mother does would be to keep searching with an unending spirit, until a good place for safe delivery is found.

Anybody that faults Obi’ consistent change of party may possibly not understand the very reason of Obi’ popularity. He may not be a Saint but he is good enough to expose the dirty demeanour of our Nigeria political class.

Rather than blame Obi for strategizing and restratetizing to birth the new Nigeria we all deserve and crave for, Atiku should be blamed for always truncating the zoning process and handing on a platter our victory pot to those who are running us streets.

What we want is a new Nigeria. However it is achieved on a scale of integrity, the chorus we would all sing. If it takes him joining and dumping and rejoining plenty parties to achieve that, our support for him very unassailable

The truth is, Atiku still expressing interest to context when the zoning is southern is in itself very disregarding and disrespectful to the south generally. Obi will never allow anybody use him as a stepping stone or use his light to brighten their dimmed political visibility and acceptance. Better Tinubu continues on this inglorious road of his leadership style than Atiku becoming the President at the expense of South zone slot.

ADC would lose the shine it suddenly achieved on a platter with the exit of Obi and the court cases around its neck one that would generate less attention going forward.
