The Ndudi Godwin Elumelu (NGE) Campaign Council has announced plans to hold a series of consultations with party executives and political leaders as part of efforts to strengthen grassroots support ahead of the 2027 electoral cycle.

In a notice issued by the Secretary of the Campaign Council, Ogbueshi Chike Ifesiokwu, the council unveiled a two-phase engagement strategy aimed at consolidating its base across the Aniocha North, Aniocha South, Oshimili North and Oshimili South Local Government Areas.

According to the statement, the first phase of the engagement will involve meetings with party executive members in the four local government areas.

The sessions are expected to focus on strengthening the party’s internal structure and ensuring that key stakeholders are aligned with the vision and objectives of the campaign.

The council explained that the second phase will involve consultations with political leaders across the same local government areas.

The move, it noted, is designed to promote unity, deepen collaboration and mobilise wider support for the campaign ahead of the forthcoming political season.

Ifesiokwu emphasised that the consultations are part of efforts to build a transparent and inclusive political movement. He urged all invited stakeholders to attend the meetings promptly and participate actively in the discussions.
