APC Fixes Screening Dates, Venues for Senate, Reps Aspirants Ahead of 2027 Primaries

The All Progressives Congress (APC) has unveiled the timetable for the screening of aspirants seeking to contest for Senate and House of Representatives seats ahead of the party’s primaries for the 2027 elections.

In a statement issued on Friday in Abuja by the party’s National Publicity Secretary, Felix Morka, the APC disclosed that the screening exercise for Senate aspirants will hold on May 9 and May 10, 2026.
According to the statement, the screening will take place at the Abuja Continental Hotel, formerly known as Sheraton Hotel, beginning from 10:00 a.m. on both days.
The party also announced that House of Representatives aspirants will be screened on the same dates at Treasures Suites and Conferences, Abuja, with proceedings scheduled to commence daily at 10:00 a.m.
The APC urged all aspirants to arrive promptly for the exercise and advised them to come with all necessary documents and credentials to ensure a smooth screening process.
