“Our Allegiance Remains Unshaken” — Maikaya’s Supporters Reaffirm Loyalty Amid Political Signals

Supporters of the Nasarawa State governorship aspirant on the platform of the ruling All Progressive Congress, Muhammad Musa Maikaya, have reaffirmed that their candidate remains steadfast, loyal, and committed to the progressive ideals of the state’s leadership in advancing Nasarawa’s development.

They also called on stakeholders, citizens, and party faithful to remain resolute as the state governor and other key stakeholders continue efforts to create a conducive atmosphere that will help address the state’s challenges.
Speaking with journalists in Abuja on Thursday, the leader of the support group, Usman Mustapha, emphasized that Maikaya’s loyalty, firmness, respect, and unwavering commitment remain intact. He added that the Ciroman Toto’s vision and mission for Nasarawa extend beyond personal ambition, focusing instead on delivering meaningful and positive change.
“Alhaji Maikaya is more than a political leader; he is a man of vision, compassion, and exceptional dedication to humanity. Through his encouragement, guidance, and consistent support, he has continued to inspire many of us to stay focused, disciplined, and hopeful for a brighter future,” he said.
Mustapha noted that what distinguishes Maikaya is not just his rhetoric but his genuine passion for the welfare of his people and the development of Nasarawa State. He added that despite criticism and attempts to undermine him, Maikaya has remained calm, focused, and committed to positively impacting lives.
“For many of us in Nasarawa State, as well as his supporters beyond the state, loyalty is not based on temporary interests or political convenience. It is founded on trust, conviction, and belief in a leader whose vision is clear and whose intentions are people-centered,” Mustapha declared.
According to him, the group remains patient and committed, awaiting guidance from the state governor, Abdullahi Sule, party leaders, and other stakeholders, noting that their allegiance will align with the direction provided by the leadership.
The supporters also urged Maikaya to resist undue pressure, reaffirming that his respect for the party and constituted authorities has earned him not only widespread support but also deep trust and commitment from those who share in his vision and mission.
