Tinubu, Shettima, Akpabio, Orji Kalu Will Retain Seats in 2027 – Prophet Joshua Arogun

Prophet Joshua Arogun, who in 2021 predicted the victory of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu in the 2023 presidential election and also foresaw the passing of former President Muhammadu Buhari last year, has once again spoken on Nigeria’s political future.

Arogun, the General Overseer of Light of the World International Church, Lagos, in a viral sermon on Sunday declared that the 2027 elections would favour President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Vice President Kashim Shettima, and other top figures of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).

The cleric also warned that Mrs. Margaret Obi, wife of the 2023 Labour Party presidential candidate, Peter Obi, should exercise caution. According to him, she could become entangled in a controversial matter capable of tarnishing her husband’s reputation, thereby jeopardizing his presidential ambition.

Speaking during the prophetic service, Arogun said God revealed to him the outcome of the forthcoming elections:

“Tinubu will win again, alongside Shettima. Akpabio will be victorious in his election. Orji Uzor Kalu and Ali Ndume will return to the Senate on account of their grassroots support. Speaker Abbas will also secure re-election to the House of Representatives,” he prophesied.

He further stated that the APC would retain control of the National Assembly, though one of its governors would lose his political seat in 2027.

“One governor from the ruling party will not survive politically in 2027. He will be swept aside. The Kaduna governor, however, will secure a second term,” Arogun added.

On the fate of former Zamfara State Governor Abdulaziz Yari, the prophet said:

“Something huge is coming his way. The hand of God will move, and it will shake the political space.”

Explaining further, Arogun stressed that Tinubu’s chances would be easier if he maintains his current ticket with Shettima.

“Tinubu’s victory will be smoother if he retains Shettima as running mate. If he changes the ticket, he would face a battle that would cost him dearly. Orji Uzor Kalu and Ali Ndume will succeed because of their popularity and the love they enjoy from the masses. These men are deeply rooted among the people, and no opposition can stop them,” he declared.

Prophet Arogun concluded by assuring Nigerians that though the nation would face challenges, God would raise leaders to keep the country united.

“Nigeria will face trials, but out of them, God will raise men who will hold this nation together,” he said.
