We Fully Cover School Fees and Health Emergencies for All Staff – Pastor Korede Komaiya
The Presiding Pastor of Master’s Place International Church, Pastor Korede Komaiya, has revealed that the ministry takes full responsibility for the education and healthcare needs of its staff and their families.
Pastor Komaiya made this disclosure in a recently released video message titled “This Is the Foundation: To Raise Leaders, Love People.” In the clip, he explained that the church’s welfare system is designed to ensure that staff members feel valued, supported, and fully included.
According to him, the ministry consistently recognizes long-serving members and has, over the years, gifted properties to deserving individuals. He stressed that people must feel a genuine sense of belonging within the organization.
“In our ministry, I do not believe in the concept of employer and employee. I only want stakeholders,” he said, adding that the traditional employer-employee relationship does not apply in the church.
He further stated that, by God’s grace, all staff members of the ministry are beneficiaries of a church-sponsored scholarship scheme. Under this arrangement, the education of all staff children is fully funded by the church, while healthcare expenses are also covered entirely.
“There is no salary deduction, accommodation is free, and vehicles are changed every four years. As you grow in leadership, you travel abroad once every year,” he disclosed.
Pastor Komaiya also revealed that in December last year, staff members were paid their salaries, received a 13th-month salary, and were additionally given a 50 percent bonus.
Using this approach as a reference point, he emphasized that love remains the strongest attraction for people, noting that genuine care and compassion inspire loyalty and commitment.
He explained that his remarks were necessary, especially in light of the criticism that followed his earlier statement, “I will never follow a poor pastor,” which he said was misunderstood, misquoted, and taken out of context.
