An aspirant seeking to represent Owerri Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, Mr. Chijioke Onyeneke has pledged to deliver purposeful leadership, people-oriented legislation and visible development if elected into office.

The aspirant, popularly identified with the slogan, “Ceejay Is Okay,” said his ambition is driven by a commitment to restore dignity, accountability and effective representation to the people of Owerri Federal Constituency.

Speaking on his vision for the constituency, after obtaining his form in Abuja,
he promised to champion laws and policies that would directly improve the welfare of youths, women, traders, professionals and the elderly.

According to him, job creation would remain a top priority through deliberate support for small businesses, digital innovation, vocational training and strategic partnerships aimed at economically empowering young people.

Mr. Onyeneke also pledged to aggressively attract federal projects that would address critical infrastructure deficits in the constituency, including better roads, improved electricity supply, quality healthcare facilities, educational development and modern skills acquisition centres.

He stressed that representation must move beyond rhetoric to practical governance that delivers measurable results, accessible leadership and sustainable development to the grassroots.

“As your representative, I will stand firmly for transparency, justice and the protection of the rights and interests of Ndi Owerri,” he stated.

He further promised to establish regular constituency engagement forums to ensure that the concerns and aspirations of communities are adequately represented at the National Assembly.

The aspirant said education support programmes, scholarships, empowerment grants and healthcare interventions for vulnerable citizens would form a key part of his legislative agenda.

Mr. Onyeneke also pledged to promote peace, security, youth inclusion and responsible governance while ensuring that federal opportunities and developmental benefits are fairly attracted to Owerri Federal Constituency.

Reaffirming his commitment to service, the aspirant said the “Ceejay Is Okay” slogan represents more than a campaign mantra, describing it as a symbol of purposeful leadership, accountability and dedication to the people.
